How do you remove the front bar & reinforcement bar? I think when I got my car fixed they didnt replace the bar instead they just hammered out in a quick fix :( Its $69 + delivery for a new reinforcement bar so i thought i'll do it myself

Hey all, The front main seal in my car has stared leaking. How do i get the pulley off to cahnge it? Because when i try and undo it the pulley spins even when it is in gear (its a manual). is there a special way to do this? Any help much appreciated. thanx timmy
